Debbie Rix is a senior leader with extensive experience in the global branded consumer goods industry. With a career spanning well over three decades, she is a highly skilled General Manager and senior Brand Leader in personal care, beauty and apparel and has worked in the UK, US, and France. Having started her career in Marketing with Sara Lee, she progressed into various commercial roles across their apparel sectors. She joined the beauty and personal care industry in 2011 when she became Revlon UK General Manager and moved to Kao Consumer Care in 2016 where she spent 7 years as General Manager leading their UK and France business as well as serving as Global VP Marketing for haircare.
In addition to her professional career, Debbie has served on the board of the CTPA (Cosmetic Toiletry & Perfumery Association) where she held vice-chair and chair positions.
